Enlisting Kristin Stampini as our Realtor was the best thing my husband and I have done since we moved to South Florida two years ago. Being relatively new to the area and completely unfamiliar with the real estate market here, we ended up having several stressful and frustrating experiences with agents whose knowledge, skill and integrity did not come close to that of Kristin and her team. Just a few weeks after my first conversation with Kristin, she and Mark helped us find our dream home in our dream location . . . A Boca house *beyond* all our expectations and well within our budget. We never could have gotten close to a contract on this place without Kristin’s excellent negotiating skills and instinct. Our appraisal actually came in higher than the sales price (and the deal was neither short sale nor a foreclosure.) My husband and I close on our new home next week, after what has been a fast and pretty much seamless closing process. We are beyond thrilled! I simply can’t recommend Kristin and Mark highly enough!!
